Best In Class Travels is a woman-owned and veteran-owned travel agency founded on a simple idea: travelers deserve good information, strong resources, and a real person who cares about the outcome.
The agency is led by Jolene Goff, CEO and majority owner, and Spencer Goff, CFO, both U.S. Navy veterans whose lives and careers have repeatedly centered on service.
Their backgrounds do not follow the traditional path into the travel industry — and that is part of what shaped BICT.
Jolene has spent much of her career working where people and complex systems intersect. With graduate training in counseling psychology and professional experience spanning mental health, human and civil rights, accessibility, compliance, education, and public service, she understands how important it is to listen carefully, recognize individual needs, and make complicated processes easier for the people navigating them.
Spencer brings decades of entrepreneurial, financial, operational, and strategic experience. From service in the U.S. Navy’s submarine nuclear program to building businesses, developing strategic partnerships, and advising organizations on finance, technology, and growth, his career has largely revolved around solving problems and building systems that work.
Together, they are experienced travelers, active church and community volunteers, and international mission travelers who have experienced both sides of travel planning: the trips where preparation and support made everything come together — and those where missing information or poor coordination made the journey much more difficult than it needed to be.
Jolene leads Best In Class Travels with a strong emphasis on people, accessibility, and service. A U.S. Navy veteran with graduate training in counseling psychology, her career has spanned mental health, education, human and civil rights, accessibility, compliance, and public-sector leadership.
An experienced traveler, active church volunteer, and international mission traveler, she brings that same human-centered perspective to BICT.
Spencer brings more than three decades of entrepreneurial, financial, operational, and strategic experience to Best In Class Travels. A U.S. Navy submarine veteran trained in nuclear operations, his career has included business ownership, commercial finance, strategic partnerships, technology, executive operations, consulting, teaching, and mentoring.
His work at BICT focuses on financial stewardship, supplier and partner relationships, technology, and building systems that support growth without losing the service standards at the agency’s foundation.
