Information you choose to provide

Our general website inquiry forms are designed to collect only the information reasonably useful to begin a travel-planning or business-partnership conversation. Depending on the form, that may include your name, contact information, residence jurisdiction, prospective destination or trip idea, approximate travel dates, number of travelers, general trip type, organization details, and the message you choose to send.

Please do not submit passport numbers, payment-card or bank information, medical information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the general website forms.

How we use website inquiry information

Information submitted through the site may be used to respond to your inquiry, determine the appropriate BICT follow-up, discuss requested travel-planning or partnership services, maintain reasonable business and communication records, protect the website and business from misuse or security incidents, and comply with applicable obligations.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared when reasonably necessary to respond to or fulfill an authorized request, including with authorized BICT personnel and service providers supporting website, communications, or business operations. When a traveler later asks BICT to arrange travel, information required for that authorized service may also need to be shared through appropriate processes with Nexion Travel Group, travel suppliers, or other service providers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Technical information

Cloudflare hosting, security, and network systems may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested URLs, and security events in order to deliver and protect the website. The inquiry form uses simple anti-abuse checks such as a hidden field and submission-timing validation. The website application is not designed to keep a separate application database of inquiry contents; successful inquiries are delivered to the approved BICT business communications destination. The first-release site is designed without third-party behavioral advertising or behavioral analytics.

Retention and security

Inquiry messages may be retained in BICT’s business communications systems as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable obligations. Cloudflare and other communications systems may retain technical or delivery logs according to their operational settings. BICT uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information it handles, but no Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's information

The general website inquiry forms are intended for adults. Information about minors that becomes necessary for actual travel planning should be collected later through the appropriate process and only to the extent needed for the trip.
